TODAY,
I discussed with my group about our topic.
We have an idea, but not really a foundation to lay it on.
But our topic is the WATER CRISIS.
I really cant wait to be through all of the stuf in the way of starting the game. Especially the minigame.

The third day on step 5. My coding is not working to fit my expectations. I actually think i may have to start over. this really stinks. But hopefully i can get back on the right track soon.

I also made eggs with Cajun seasoning last weekend.
they were glorious.

Today, i finished the first four steps. I think im missing something, but i cant figure out what i did. So i may have alot more work to do friday. Going throught the minigame process inst very fun. But i hope i can manage to finish this part by next class.

I started the minigame last class, and i finished the first step today. i cant wait to get it overwith, because im excited for choosing a topic.

but the worst part is, havent gotten through coding yet.

Danger of A Single Story

Wow. this was great. Im glad i got to see this.

What it means to have a single story about a place or community, is to only have one point of view on it. More than likely out of unwillingness to welcome new ideas.

The stereotype of West Virginia being a "hick" state is a single story about my community. Ive seen so much come out of this state, and its not just involving what people may think of it, to be just farming.

Ive heard stories of greenbrier west, which is the single story about another community. Very rude stories. But i firsthand got a second story, by meeting people from there.

Game players can experience more than one story, if your game involves a histric background. You also must share multiple points of view, by showing different scenarios.
